Lo Ann Ramlo was appointed Grand Esther for the Grand Chapter of Minnesota for the 2010-2011 year. Lo Ann has a busy year as she is also Moorhead Chapter's Secretary. Her reception was held on September 19th at 1:00 P.M. at the Fargo Country Club.
